According to a recently released agenda, April 2013 is slated as the month the Office of Federal Contracts Compliance Programs (OFCCP) will finalize pending veterans and disabled regulations. How the final regulations may differ from the proposed regulations remains to be seen, but the federal contractor community must prepare itself for some major changes in the annual affirmative action planning that companies undergo. Federal contractors should also take note that the OFCCP has many other proposed regulations on its 2013 agenda.
